When we reached out prior to the truck being torn apart we were told with 100% confidence that it would be a single chain. So we bought the single chain set which took a week to get to us. Once the truck was torn down, it was actually a double chain. Had to order dealer parts same day due to time constraint and now am being told "it's not our problem" when asking to return incorrect chain we were sold on. Shipping quality was poor and their customer service is lacking greatly.
