    I ordered a pair of boots 2 weeks ago, but they did not arrive on the day they where supposed to although royal mail said they had Been delivered couldn't get through to royal mail so messaged tackorium customer services who messaged straight back they where very apologetic and and kept me informed of what was happening they quickly sorted the issue and sent a replacement the boots arrived and are great really comfy good quality look great and good value for money.     After being given the wrong tracking number , once the seller was contacted the problem was sorted and a right tracking number was given . The royal mail have just delivered the Bramham country black calf boots on 25/11/25 at 16.00 pm . They were well packed , condition and appearance very good as was the quality and value.

I contacted the seller and had an answer really quickly, there were no issues and my money was refunded. This was great as I worried that there would be an issue and arguments, but my worry was unfounded.
