Za tovar spolu s poštovným a VAT som zaplatila sumu vo výške 43,92 euro. Tovar nebol zaslaný, teda neboli vynaložené žiadne prepravnné náklady ani VAT. K zrušeniu objednávky som pristúpila na základe neochoty predajcu poskytnúť korektné nformácie k položke. Predajca ma zavádzal, 8x som žiadala o reálne parametre (predajca ich má uvedené zle), správal sa nekorektne, preto som zrušila moju objednávku. Cítim sa byť okradnutá o polovicu zaplatenej sumy. Žiadam vrátenie celej sumy 43,92 euro.
