Sold as being tracked delivery but no tracking number available or provided.
Marked as dispatched next day UPS but did not arrive next day or day after.
Asked and was told it was actually sent royal mail first class but again no tracking or receipt.
Now told royal mail say they have lost it - even though it is tracked?
Has to be a negative as not as per sales conditions - no tracking provided and no delivery.

I explained that UPS services was down and i was unable to purchase a label. I had to use RM 1st class, which is not same as RM tracked 24. I have no control over delivery services, so as soon as you complained, i contacted RM to check where your order is. There was unable to allocate your parcel so i have issued full refund immediately. No delivery service has their times guaranteed, so calibrate your expectations! You have complained before the estimated delivery times as well!
