The hair of the bow does not tension properly. Only some hair gets tensioned, the majority stays loose. Inferior quality for a hefty price.
The seller quickly replied to my complaint and wrote that I do not need to return the deficient bow and promised to sent a replacement and showed that replacement in a picture. More than 3 weeks ago, I asked the seller for a tracking number for the replacement bow. But s/he never replied and no replacement arrived.
This seller is not trustworthy.

Hi dear friend, when you told us the problem, we offered 2 ways to solve the problem, we can full refund money or send a new bow to you with extra one hank bow hair, we are waiting for your reply but from then on we did't get any reply, also we don't receive any message about the tracking number. I contact ebay service they can't find your message too. I had contact you again by ebay message and phone message, hope you can reply, we will help you to solve it soon with 100% satifaction. The seller's reply is not correct. Ebay just confirmed to me that all communication with the seller is visibile (for seller, buyer and Ebay) in messaging system: her proposal on 19.05. and my acceptance on the same day. My request of tracking number on 24.05. and all subsequent messages from seller and me. I can even prove it with a screenshot (but there is no option to attach a picture here). The seller just evades the issue and does not solve it.
