Delivery was fast, the product was well packaged and there doesn't seem to be any software issues.Other than the small fact where the screen has a clear and noticeable screen-burn effect (on the top and bottom mainly), even though I got the most expensive "open box" one.This set aside, there were a few marks and scuffs around the phone (2 that I could find), but nothing deal-breaking.It seems to be in good shape, and it works well.
