Item ordered on the 9th May with an expected delivery date of May 12th - after waiting a week, I contacted the seller who seemed uninteresting in looking into it but just referred me to the tracker. Interestingly the tracker showed in as dispatched on the 18th !
Waited several more days, still no delivery or any customer service from the seller.
Item finally arrived on the 29th
