Everything fine with the shopping experience. However, the product is not up to scratch as it dims (on our dimmer switch) at a different rate to the others in the same circuit and the colour of the light differs even though it is supposed to be the same Kelvin temperature. All this would be okay if you're replacing all lamps in the room, which we're not wanting to as there are 10 and only two need replacing.
