Negative feedback resulted from the buyer's unrealistic expectation of obtaining a new shade RRP£30 for just £2.5 & free P&P. We strongly advise a comprehensive review product descriptions to align your expectations with our offerings. You have the options to purchase "you choose" parts at £2.5 each, as an alternative to the full lampshade priced at £20. Other customers recognise that these parts are intended for replacements. We extended a goodwill offer of assistance & a refund, but no replay.
