They did reimburse me when I brought up to eBay.
But they knew the picture on the mug they advertised was not the one sold to me.

The statement I " intentionally " sold the wrong mug is simply imaginary mindset. I would never do that in a million years. A great opportunity to remind everyone that if there is any problem whatsoever with any mug just always let me know as it is too easy for me to remedy the problem ( smiley face!). Initially this guy called me a scam but revised after I refunded him. Funny but this guy begged me to send to USA. Now has money and the mug (lol lol)

This buyer with 0 transactions has been reported for making false claims. "0" transactions makes me very very suspicious of this buyer located in the (usa) which I usually do not do but did at this guys request. Best for me to not get into any discussions with him except through the report process. A good time to remind everyone that any problems with delivery or product will be remedied. It is too easy for me to do that. Smiley face! Again " 0" transactions makes very very suspicious.
