It was supposed to be a new, open box iPhone, but it turned out to have been attached to an Apple ID and was used lightly (which is fine but not as advertised) so I had had to do a forced reset. It was supposed to have been an unlocked phone which it wasn’t it was attached to Bell so I had to have the seller mail me a SIM card to get it unlocked. Seller worked to resolve the issue and was apologetic, but it was not as advertised. Mistakes happen so my review is simply neutral not positive.
