Had the package arrived undamaged, I would review differently. As this was a framed print with glass, the packaging (an undersized pad in center, depleted bubble wrap, paper wrap and no fragile label) did not properly protect the item. It arrived torn and the glass was shattered which then resulted in damage to the cel and mat. The glass is replaceable, the cel is permanently damaged. It seems a more sturdy material would’ve been used to better ensure safe arrival. Disappointed.
