Item faded after only a weeks use on candle was not advertised that there was a premium label to stop fading and seller never offered any support

Unfortunately the customer sent me a photo of the 'fading' the candle was placed in direct sunlight on a windowsill - with all due respect even wooden furniture fades in direct sunlight! This is so unfair for a novelty purchase at £2.99 including postage -
