Bought a mobile from this seller. It said new but when the time arrived it was a used one so had to refund and wasted all my time. I need the mobile quite urgently so I the end I had buy a different one. So not happy with the dealings.

The description never stated the item new sealed. we received the item today and refunded you the same day and there is nothing wrong with the phone still as new just needed resetting after our engineer test. We try to avoid feedback like this by giving full description but still you didn't read it before buying the item which wasted us time and money.
