Hi, I am so sorry you were not happy about your purchase. I just want to mention that I offered to send a second set of razor blades with tracking or offer a refund. After you chose refund, I issued the refund very promptly. I want assure you, I did send the original blades, but they got lost in the mail as they ship in a standard envelope and feel as if I have been very cordial throughout this process. Again, I am sorry you didn't get them and hope to do better in the future.
