Absolutely brilliant customer service!!
I ordered the prints in an A3 size but unfortunately received them in A4 instead.
I contacted the company that a mix up of orders may had happend and how could we rectify the problem.
Straight away Rob, I think it was, admitted it was a mistake on there behalf and to keep the prints and will send the correct size the next day!
Correct sizes received and wrong order gifted to a friend.
