I was issued a return but when I went to arrange postage at the post office the cost was £18.50 which is virtually the cost of the item. I am now stuck with something I can't use or sell and am out of pocket. I will not purchase items from overseas in future and research the market place better.

Hi,you bought this power adapter with US plug. The item description is very clear: US plug only. You need to buy an US plug to UK plug converter if you use it in UK.The converter is not include.Regards.
