This guy is a lying terrible person this cartridge is a rip off one channel is dead and both hums. I would never buy anything for this person.

Why didn't you contact me? I used that cartridge and it was working fine.
When similar things have happened with other cartridges in the past it has been due to the stylus not being pushed in completely into the body. Can you check that first please?
If it still doesn't work we'll work something out.
