It was shipped broken 😞 and missing the piece. Seller communicated he would ship the broken piece but never received it.

The (less than 1 ounce) broken piece I sent was returned to me for insufficient postage after several weeks. I contacted the customer to let him know - and prior to that return. I refunded in full. What more could I do?
