The seller seems ok, only took a month from when I reported my item as faulty to provide the refund. The earbuds themselves though... caveat emptor! (that is to say buyer beware!), just make sure you properly research these. Do a search for "TWS PRO won't..." and look at the thousands of results that come up for "..switch on", "..pair", "..connect" etc.
