The tuner's sensitive interior electronics broke during shipping and I could hear parts rattling around inside the tuner as I opened the package. When I told the seller that the tuner arrived broken, they accused me of being dishonest, claiming that this wasn't the same tuner they shipped me. I immediately shared photos proving that it was the same one they sold me. Don't call your customers liars. Not a good business practice.
