Item new as described and packed well. Item was delivered late. Also, and that’s a pet peeve of mine, do not put “make offer “ if seller has no intention of accepting any offers. To much of that on EBay.

I am sorry that your Garmin arrived later that the estimated date. The only date I can give a buyer is what the post office gives me for an estimated date and that is just that, estimated. I was a bit upset by your comment that the item was delivered late. It implies to a buyer that I didn't ship in a timely manner. I can't control the post office. I felt it unfair to me to imply that I don't accept offers because I frequently do. I am only a volunteer who sells for a library not a professional.
