Its a cheap knock off. The rocker arm mount is meant to be adjustable in 90 degree increments and the screw holes are there but are not tapped. So it can only be used as pictured other than adjusting the rocker arm at any angle. If you get a M2.5mm tap and tap the holes yourself, you will be fine as that is what i ended up doing.
