Never got it. It is the first of May. I bought it the first of April. I contacted them and got the response that I need to contact the mail carrier ! All it says is label created. Not good at all. I will never buy from these people again. It is an M&M charm ! How hard is that???

This isn't something that is "hard". Mail gets lost all the time and this person never even let us get to a refund offering. We can't reach out to mail carriers after they leave our state, and this buyer didn't want to contact their own. Over 5K items sold and this has probably happened twice in our history on eBay.
