Item was lost in the post. Seller was borderline rude when I initially asked for a refund. They did not respond again to my messages and in the end I had to appeal to eBay to receive my money back.
I ordered on the 31st March and did not report not received until the 10th April which I think is more than reasonable. I asked them to refund me on the 16th April, 24 hours later they had not done so so I reported to eBay. Our entire “conversation” attached.
