Terrible!! The shoes are such bad quality I’m so disappointed 😢😔 they are not as advertised at all they have a whole back on the shoe it’s not slip on loafers they’re like whole shoes so horrible and the roses embroidery is cut off by stitches the fur is thin only 1 layer not 2 or 3 like the picture shows thick plush fur Nope!! These are thin wispy fur too as if it’s not bad enough they have backs on so upset I’m supposed to be taking them on my holiday now they are going back in the post 😢😢

I complained to the seller, but, we have not come to any satisfactory resolution. I have sent this immitation fur coat back, so far on my nickle and would like a total refund for the Three coats and return shipping costs.
