Buongiorno, perchè ci descrive così? lei ha fatto l'ordine il giorno 13, per la spedizione deve tener conto almeno di 2-3 giorni lavorativi quindi oggi sarebbe stato spedito ma ha deciso di voler l'annullamento perciò abbiamo fatto come ha preferito lei e abbiamo rimborsato per intero il suo ordine..

dopo aver fatto l'ordine e pagato immediatamente mi sono accorto di aver inserito due ingranaggi sx, alche ho chiesto , nell'arco di due minuti , via email ,se per mi potevano sostituire un ingranaggio sx con uno dx...ma non e' stato fatto e dal successivo messaggio ho capito che non c'era volonta di soddisfare un nuovo cliente, peccato veramente questo mi ha amareggiato e mi ha convinto a dare un fedback neutro....il cliente si deve anche un poco accontentare soprattutto se e' la prima volta
