The item does list as used. However, the feather piece attached to her helmet was poorly packaged and it broke. Before I open the box it was not well packaged compared to the other sellers I have bought before. The clear plastic stand for her cape is missing. However, the figure overall was not damaged, so I guess the quality was somewhat expected. I would not call this lightly used though.
