My 11 YO purchased this horse. He could tell the flaws from the pictures and did lots of research on the horse itself. I placed the bid and was notified of the purchase. The item was shipped and received in a very timely manner. The item was packed beautiful and there were no issues in transport. I gave shipping a 5 star- really not the seller's responsibility.
