Incorrect & unfair! Buyer sent photo after receiving order, clearly showed had received (Correct Actual) Fossil In photo matching original listing when he’d purchased. After his purchase listing was updated with the different fossil. Believe Buyer was mistaken and had expected that one. I clearly politely pointed this out. Had offered still to send photos to choose other to swap one over received. Buyer wanted replacement, but did not want to send back the original one after swapped over
