The awning it's defected on the right side, when open it drops 6" lower then the left and it's really soft where I can push it up and down like a spring. Contact seller and gave me # for manufacture 😡 obviously there is something wrong with the one arm or the frame it's self. Awning comes pre assemble all I had to do it was connect them all together and mouth to wall, a simple task but obviously they ask if it was mounted Wright 😡 I send pictures how one part of the frame was all scratch up.
