Phone case arrived crooked, seams did not match up. Once I put the case on, the piece that sits over the spine would crack very loudly every time I closed it. I contacted the seller and sent photos and a video, they offered minor solutions that would not assist in sorting the fault in the item nor a refund. It sounds like my phone is breaking in half everytime I close it. Very thin plastic and cheaply made.
