Vi racconto in breve la mia bruttissima esperienza ho acquistato un attuatore per la chiusura centralizzata venduto per funzionante ho fatto smontare il mio dal carrozziere costo €80 il mio vecchio attuatore che si è rotto nello smontaggio quindi ho dovuto montare e rimanere montato il l'attuatore venduto e difettato il venditore nonostante abbia inviato video dove ho dimostrato i fatti mi richiede obbligatoriamente reso .

come da regole chiare di ebay abbiamo offerto al cliente di procedere con il reso gratis e appena arrivava il nostro ricambio gli rimborsavamo i soldi dell'ordine,ma invece lui si è tenuto il ricambio e in più voleva il rimborso della spesa cioè ricambio gratis che non esiste.ci sono le regole basta rispettarle ma il cliente non vuole
