These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can visit and use our eBay shop. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.
1. General
These terms and conditions ("the Terms") apply to your use of this eBay shop (the "eBay shop"). By accessing this eBay shop and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms, which include our privacy policy ("Privacy Policy"). If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms you may not use or access this eBay shop. If you do use the eBay shop, your conduct indicates that you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
"BGW" refers to buygoneworldlimited on ebay.co.uk, eBay.com, eBay.ca, eBay.de, eBay.fr, eBay.ie, eBay.it and all other eBay platforms the business trades in now and the future.
"Contract" means each contract for the supply of Goods by us into which these Terms shall be incorporated.
"Goods" means the goods which we supply in accordance with these Terms.
"Order" means a purchase order in respect of the Goods issued by you to us.

1.3 BGW reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the eBay shop and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this eBay shop and your continued use of the eBay shop shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms.
1.4 There may be legal notices on other areas of this eBay shop which relate to your use of this eBay shop, such as our Delivery Policy and our Returns Policy, all of which will, together with these Terms govern your use of this eBay shop.
2. Order Process
2.1 Please note that the colours of the Goods are as accurate as the eBay shop allows, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
3. Acknowledgement & acceptance of your order
3.1 If you have supplied us with an email address, we will send you a confirmation email as receipt of your Order. You will then be sent another email on dispatch of your Goods. All Orders will be subject to our acceptance in accordance with these Terms. Our acceptance of your Order will take place when we dispatch the product/s to you.
3.2 BGW has taken every care in the preparation of the content of the eBay shop, and in particular to ensure that (i) prices quoted are correct at time of publishing; and (ii) the Goods have been fairly described. However, please note that we may only accept Orders if there are no material errors in the description of the Goods or their prices as advertised on this eBay shop. Non-acceptance of an order may be as a result of the identification of a pricing or product description error as referred to in this condition.
3.3 All of the products for sale at BGW are subject to availability. If we experience problems with availability and are unable to supply your goods, we will send an email informing you of this as soon as possible. Where the goods have already been paid for, a refund will be issued.
4. Pricing
4.1 Subject to condition 5 (Delivery charges), the prices stated by us at the time we receive your Order are the prices you pay except where we discover an error in the price of the Goods you have ordered. In this event, we will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your Order and will cancel the sale. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the Order as cancelled.
4.2 All prices are displayed on the relevant eBay shop in the countries local currency and are inclusive of VAT where relevant at the prevailing rate charged.
4.3 Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the eBay shop at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.
5. Delivery we offer a selection of options, some free of charge and some chargeable on all your BGW purchases within the UK, International pricing is provided by way of eBay travel invoice and/or is in the listing at point of purchase.
If we experience unexpected problems with availability and are unable to deliver your order within 5 working days, our Customer Service Team will send an email informing you of this.
All of our items are subject to stock availability. Please be aware that we cannot accept liability for any expenses incurred because of delayed or unsuccessful deliveries. We will always endeavour to get your purchase/s to you within the delivery timescale specified, however, we cannot guarantee that deliveries will be made within this period, nor accept liability for deliveries that are made outside of it.

6. Tracking your order FAQs
Where do you deliver to?
We are able to deliver your Goods to any address within the UK mainland (including the Highlands of Scotland). We also deliver to the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly although deliveries to all these locations may take longer than the timescales.
We are able to deliver your Goods to most addresses worldwide, please contact us via eBay messaging or ebay@buygoneworld.com for the full list of countries we deliver to.
How do I pay?
We accept payment via PayPal, all debit/credit cards, bank transfers (including international transfers), postal orders and cash on collection. Weâre sorry but we are unable to accept cheques.
Can I track my parcel?
Once your Goods have been dispatched you will receive an e-mail confirming that they are on their way and a link to the courier to allow you to track your order. Our carriers deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am to 9.00pm; Please e-mail us at: ebay@buygoneworld.com with your order number if you have not received your parcel within 5 working days after delivery point estimated in eBay.
Will my parcel require a signature on delivery?
If your parcel is being delivered by courier then someone at the delivery address must be available to sign for or accept the goods. If you are out then you will receive a calling card including contact details to re-arrange an alternative delivery time.
What happens if I am out when you deliver?
You will receive a calling card inviting you to collect your order from the local sorting office. If our courier has attempted a delivery, they will also leave a card including contact details to re-arrange an alternative delivery time.
What happens if the item I have ordered is out of stock?
In the very rare event that we are unable to supply an item you have paid for; we will contact you by eBay message or by e-mail to cancel the order and provide a full refund back to your payment source.
When will I receive my refund?
We aim to refund items as soon as they are received back into our returns centre. Please contact us by e-mail at ebay@buygoneworld.com if you are concerned that you have not received your refund.
What happens if I receive a damaged item?
It is always recommended that you examine your product/s on arrival and contact us within 7 days if an item is damaged. Please mail us in eBay or e-mail ebay@buygoneworld.com should you have the misfortune to receive damaged goods.
Refunds will not be made if parts are missing or promised to be returned, only when all parts are present and correct will a refund be issued.
Refunds for perfectly returned complete products will be issued within 5 working days of the products return.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item, please let us know immediately by mailing us in eBay or e-mailing us at ebay@buygoneworld.com We will arrange to collect the incorrect item free of charge or for postage to be repaid to you upon receipt of proof of postage of the agreed postage service to use, we will advise this and if any other service is chosen, we will only pay the monies we advised not what was chosen. We will send a replacement (subject to availability) once the wrong item is returned to us. If the item is no longer available then you will be given a full refund along with our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
How do I return my item?
Please contact us via eBay messaging, please allow up to 72 hours for a reply, we aim to answer all messages within 24 hours.
7. Returns
Items returned must be in the same condition as dispatched by us, all products are photographed before leaving us and the products must be returned as we sent them with no parts missing or broken.
In the case of âchanged mindâ return we recommend that you use Royal Mail registered post with insurance to the value of the goods purchased or Parcel Force with insurance to the value of the goods purchased, we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels you have sent back to us. BGW accept no responsibility for products returned which are broken or lost in transit with no insurance. Broken goods returned to BGW even with insurance the liability belongs to the sender and Buy Gone World accepts no liability for these issues, this is down to the sender to claim for the broken product from the sending agent.
7.1 If you have received a damaged or faulty item, then please contact our customer service team via eBay messaging or via ebay@buygoneworld.com within 7 days of delivery.
7.2 Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods (with the exception of purchases of perishable items such as food; items such as swimwear that, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned; and special orders).
8. Warranties and Liability
8.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8.2 In the absence of any negligence other than breach of duty by BGW, your use of any Goods other than in accordance with their operating manuals and/or instructions is entirely at your own risk.
8.3 BGW will make every effort to deliver Goods within a reasonable time from the date of your Order and to comply with our obligations under these Terms, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or failures due to adverse weather, traffic delays, mechanical breakdowns or other circumstances beyond our control.
8.4 The information contained in the material in this eBay shop is only for information purposes. BGW, by permitting the use of this eBay shop, does not hold itself out as providing any legal, financial or other advice. It also does not make any recommendation or endorsement as to any investment, adviser or other service or product or to any material submitted by third parties or linked to this eBay shop. The material on this eBay shop does not constitute advice and you should not rely on any material in this eBay shop to make (or refrain from making) any decision or take (or refrain from taking) any action.
8.5 The Goods are sold in accordance with the manufacturer's specification, subject to any qualification or representation contained in the eBay shop. BGW do not make any other promises or warranties about the Goods.
8.6 We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your Order secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.
8.7 If either you or we are in breach of the arrangements under these Terms, neither of us will be responsible for any losses that the other suffers as a result, except those losses which are a foreseeable consequence of the breach. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by both you and us at the time you place an Order.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Unless otherwise specified the copyright in the contents of all the pages in this eBay shop are owned by or licensed to BGW. Unless otherwise specified, the authors of the literary and artistic works in the pages of this eBay shop have asserted their moral right pursuant to Section 77 of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 to be identified as the author of those works.
9.2 BGW and other marks indicated on this eBay shop are trademarks or registered trademarks of BGW. The eBay shop's graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names are the trademarks or trade dress of BGW. BGW 's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not BGW 's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits BGW. All other trademarks not owned by BGW that appear on this website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by BGW.
9.3 Except as stated in this condition, the contents of this eBay shop may not be modified, copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, re-posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior express written permission of BGW. You may not distribute, display or copy any of the contents of the pages contained in this eBay shop to third parties including, but not limited to, "caching" any material on this eBay shop for access by third parties and "mirroring" any material on this eBay shop. You may print the contents of an individual page of this eBay shop for the purpose of private and personal non-commercial use.

Please provide full details of the nature of your complaint, including the product/s purchased MPN/s, your order number, your name, address, daytime telephone number, email address and any other information which you think will assist us in resolving your problem as quickly as possible.
11. Business Use
We have selected our Goods on the basis that they will be used for domestic use only, if you are planning to use them for business purposes, please make sure that you are covered by the appropriate insurance. Where you decide to use the Goods in the course of a business, we exclude (to the fullest extent permitted by law) those warranties and conditions relating to fitness for a particular purpose. Our maximum liability to business users arising out of or in connection with the products shall be limited to the replacement value of the product in question (except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or in respect of fraud). In relation to business users, we do not accept liability for the fitness of Goods for business purposes, nor do we accept liability for loss of use of the item nor any loss over and above the cost of the item in the event of a claim for breach of warranty or condition.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 A person who is not party to this agreement shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement. This clause does not affect any right or remedy of any person which exists or is available otherwise than pursuant to that Act.
12.2 Each Contract shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with English law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Where national regulatory authorities have jurisdiction over the contents of this eBay shop, BGW has attempted to ensure compliance with the requirements of such regulatory body. However, some of the information in the pages contained in this eBay shop is not to be accessed from certain jurisdictions and no representation or warranty is made as to whether the information available in this eBay shop complies with the regulatory regime of countries from which the pages in this eBay shop should not be accessed.
13. Data Protection and Privacy policy
13.1 BGW do archive details of your order, however, we will not sell, share, or rent this data. Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, and we would never release your personal data to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes without your express permission.
