I made a mistake and over looked the order by a day or 2 due to moving issues... I apologized and issued buyer a full refund.

I had to file a case against them. It wasn't a couple days it was a week. And I tried repeatedly to work with seller. Thus was for a special needs 2 year old. Jerk!
