I already have this watch,which I had received as a gift from my mother for my Bday. However, it stopped working and even Fossil itself wasn't able to fix it. With that said, I truly believed I was in luck finding a replacement. When item was received, it was NOT at all the same as the #s were different & even the background was gold instead of pink..Finally, seller issued full refund.Reply from: plcprince- Feedback replied to by seller plcprince.- Feedback replied to by seller plcprince.Refund was issued within 30 mins of the buyer pointing out the shipping issue. I dont understand the big sob story here
