It's a lot quicker than using chains to hold your weights on but 2 x 25 kg plates it starts to fall forward needs a threaded end with a nut washer to stop it falling our but it's fine with a ratchet strap around stack and plates. My cables are good for 1000 kg so no issues there. Got fie bumper or steel plates.quick delivery.
