I left it out to charge in the sunlight for the directed amount of time, and it worked great. It looks awesome in the car, the only complaint is that since it is not solid, you do feel a small bit of play when shifting. It is overall fantastic though, and the lighting, as long as it has sunlight to charge it throughout the day, lasts for my 15 minute drives home from work. So cool to have rare OEM Scion item in my car!

Seller refunded $200 for custom matched paint and clear to repair the damage. I'm out for taking a weekend off. Seller should fire whomever packaged these. Seller was honest and took the bad feedback and we found a way to get past a horrible transaction. Seller had good attitude albeit a bad situation. Seller worked to make sale acceptable.
