Hi, I tried to report this situation the same day I’ve received the product, unfortunately I was not able, because the was a message saying that I needed to wait 7 days before I could do it, the problem it’s that the container that the cream it’s in , had a quarter of an inch missing, in other words the jar was missing product , I wonder, I payed full price for it, so why was so empty ? It’s a mistake or this is the way ?

Hi, I'm sorry you had an issue, you should have contacted me through an email first...then you would not have to have waited so long..I can assure you the item was not tampered with, and that's the way it's suppose to be, it should had had a lid under the cap when you opened it....maybe it became unsettled during the shipment in the mail..I will issue you a partial refund of $2.00 to help things (it cost me $4.36 to ship, plus ebay charges me additional fees)..hope this helps!
