    The battery was faulty I don't know if it was dropped or something but it's showing up as an issue to my Tesla model 3 giving me an error message now I'm in a position of where I have to wait to keep it past the refund time that the earliest mobile service can come and change the battery wasted money. I have attached pictures and proof that show the batteries model number and to show it was the very one I was sent.

    Hi thevoidgod, we are sorry to hear that you were unable to handle the battery installation properly. We sent you a brand new battery in its original packaging, fully charged with volts at the factory and tested by us before packaging. We also sent you pictures of the volt test before packaging with our unique void label on it. We cannot know how and who installed the battery and whether he did everything correctly or not. We recommend our customers to reach certified Tesla mechanics for this.
