Leider ist der Artikel nicht wie beschrieben. Getestet und funktioniert zu 100% Gebraucht aber in einem gepflegtem Zustand. Der Kunde ist bei mir König, solange er sich auch so verhält. Sie müssenn mir die chance geben, etwas an ihrem Unbehagen zu ändern. Sonst muss ich sie leider auhh negativ Bewerten. Ich hoffe auf eine Antwort Verkäufer hat erst nach 3.Tagen der Rückerstattung zugestimmt.

Der Kunde hat ohne Erklärung eine negative Bewertung abgegeben. Als ich bei ihm nachgefragt habe wieso er nicht zufrieden war, hat er sich 2 Tage nicht gemeldet. Nach meiner 3. Anfrage hat er dann um eine Rückerstattung gebeten. Diese habe ich Ihm ohne Nachfragen sofort angeboten, ohne den Artikel zurückschicken zu müssen. Leider hat das alles nicht gereicht, um den Kunden zufriedenzustellen.
