In cancelling the order, I stated that the item was no longer available! My cross-listing app did not mark this item sold on another site. Communicated with the buyer I was having difficulty finding it and apologized. After diligently searching, I discovered it was a cross-listing issue when their site was down and it did not subsequently delist off this off this site when it sold on another one. I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience and would have been happy to further communicate.

This item was fully functional when sent. Buyer never disclosed what they insinuated was not functional about the item, just started insisting a refund. I asked numerous time what was wrong with the item and encouraged them to charge the batteries. I knew being vintage they were on the low end. They literally spoke to me like I was dumb and gave me no further information on the item. Stain on the item was clearly mentioned in the add. Difficult to work with and just likes to make demands.
