Advertised as new and never used. The SDR receiver gets very hot only after 10-15 minutes of use. The RTL-SDR does the same thing. I have more of an issue with some of the software for the SDR receivers (Mac vs PC). It took about 4 days to arrive. I would give it a positive experience.
