The item listing stated that it would be delivered between May 16 - 18. I messaged the seller prior to ordering it and asked if it could be delivered on or before May 18 if I ordered it. He stated it would so I placee the order. It was not delivered until May 20. The seller refused to refund the total amount and would charge me shipping again to return it.
