Verified purchase
Paid for item on 4-29-24: Item never arrived and it never left France. When I inquired what postal system did she use (happy post or Coll), she would only say the item has been shipped. She said she would check on it and never did. Free shipping means she mailed it the cheapest and slowest way possible. I checked the tracking yesterday and the item is now damaged, the postal system refuses to continue it on it's way and the item is being returned to sender. Item is still in France.

Sorry, but nothing true in your feedback. I did answered you each time you messaged me, I refund you at once long before knowing the item was lost. You were the one who told me the parcel wasn’t lost in the end but injured and was sent back to France. You even told me a few days ago you still wanted to buy that fabric even if it was injured ! I ship my parcels with a professionnal account called Collisimo Pro, it’s the only way to ship heavy goods with tracking.This is so unfair!
