I did not notice the source was Sri Lanka when I placed the order. I then contacted the supplier for two reasons: the delivery seemed to be excessively long for live plants to survive, and that a phytosanitary certificate would be required to allow entry into the US. The supplier attempted to assure me that no certification was required, and said it was too late to cancel. The US import authorities evidently confiscated the package at the New York port of entry. This was a total waste of money
