Nothing wrong w product&service, but, item was grossly over-packaged. The plastic 30-oz. cologne bottle came in its own cardboard box (see photo on eBay). All the seller needed to do was wrap the box in brown paper and tape securely, add mailing label and postage. Instead it came in a huge box that was packed with Styrofoam peanuts and bubble wrap. It was ridiculously taped shut. Took me ten mins to open the box. Now I have to recycle the Styrofoam and wrap at UPS Store.
