Mom’s Day gift. 1st 1 was broken. Got it Tuesday b4 mom’s day. Contacted them 1/2:00 their time ON THAT DAY to ship another priority 2 day mail. They said might not make it for Sunday. Then I told them to check the next 1 they were sending. They said they would but didn’t cuz the tape was yellow and there was no other sign that they re-taped it. Being a business, they didn’t do what’s right and get another 1 shipped asap…….they shipped it Friday. 4 DAYS LATER! WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

As stated in our reply to you, we are very sorry as this happened during shipment. We check ALL orders before shipping them out then apply the packaging tape. We never asked you to return the damaged one and sent another one as expected. We were upfront with you regarding shipping times and explained that you would NOT receive the free replacement (with no return) before Mother's Day. You received it in 4 business days! We did exactly what we told you we would do & don't appreciate this feedback
