    This item was sold as a used item. What I received was a damaged item. Not damaged during shipping. It was sent to me damaged. Half of the bottom feet are missing. HALF!! The machine "dances" all over the counter, spilling juice EVERYWHERE!! Also, there is a long-standing crud buildup on the hinges of the clamping arms. Can we say "bacteria?" I want a full refund.

    Hello, I'm terribly sorry for the oversight, I truly did not know that half of the rubber feet were missing and accidently missed the residue under the clamps when I cleaned the unit. When I tested it, the the motor was running strong and smooth and I did not have the experience that you had. With that said, I am more than happy to make this right to you with a full refund.
