    Dress had several flaws and stains that were not detailed. I admit that I did not submit the return request immediately after discovering these flaws, but I did still request it within the time period allowed by eBay. I had assumed that the issues the item had were simply overlooked by the seller. The seller was extremely rude, threatened to have the refund reversed, and accused me of wearing the dress and causing the flaws (which were issues caused by storage, not by wearing).     First, could not believe I found these boots for my husband, and in the size he needed!! This is one circumstance where an EBay seller made our day!! This style boot we learned is not in production anymore. My husband loves these Redwing boots and has worn them for 10+ years. So thankful that Denise had them for sale on their EBay store!
